I’ve built my career on seeing what others don’t — identifying hidden opportunities, anticipating pitfalls, and crafting creative, high-impact solutions. Whether it’s guiding business owners through the complexities of mergers & acquisitions or maximizing net returns after a sale, I excel at bridging the gap between competing interests and finding win-win outcomes.
My unique ability to understand healthcare from multiple perspectives — including payer, provider, physician group, analytics, and ACO management — has been pivotal in guiding clients through complex transactions and optimizing value-based care initiatives.
In addition to my consulting work, I have extensive experience serving on various boards, including regional bank boards, chambers of commerce, industry associations, nonprofit organizations, and church boards. My leadership roles have equipped me with deep insights into governance, strategic planning, and organizational dynamics.
Today, I continue to serve clients in M&A consulting, with a more concentrated focus on strategic seller representation — especially for owners who are looking to thoughtfully transition their businesses. My role is to help maximize outcomes, protect their legacy, and ensure alignment between their company, their values, and the buyer’s intentions.
At the same time, I’m increasingly drawn toward the charitable sector, where I see immense potential for innovation. For years, I’ve studied human behavior and societal issues, often spending my downtime solving complex problems rather than watching TV. I believe that many of the challenges we face today — from supporting single mothers to addressing homelessness — have untapped, creative solutions that just need the right perspective.
My vision is to bring a fresh, results-oriented approach to the charitable world, with a focus on:
